Group accommodation IT514 Valdichiana, Tuscany
Beautiful farmhouse divided into three welcoming apartments, suitable for groups up to 12 persons, is set in the heart of the Valdichiana on the border between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena in an interesting natural setting, framed by places steeped in history like the Etruscan Cortona and the old medieval villages of Lucignano, Foiano della Chiana and Sinalunga. The villages of Lucignano and Sinalunga endowed with shops, restaurants and all kind of services are only 3 km far and the most important towns like Siena, Arezzo and Perugia can be reached in just over half an hour drive. A large garden with olive, pine, cypress and oak trees surrounds the house and to one side there is a beautiful swimming pool (7 x 14m, depth 0,50-2,60m), a private tennis court, a gazebo, equipped with barbecue and garden furniture.
- The Pool is open from early Mai through the end of September.
- Sheets and bathroom towels with weekly change included in the price.
- Wi-Fi internet access free of charge.
- Baby bed available free of charge on request at time of booking.
- Between 15.05- 28.08 arrival only on Saturday, beyond that on every day.
- Electricity, hot and cold water are included in the rental price.

* The amount of the tourist tax is still unknown: Italy is progressively introducing tourist taxes. Chances are you will have to pay this upon arrival. The height is not yet known, but will be between EUR 0.50 and 1.00 per person. Children are likely to be excluded.

Ground Floor: large portico equipped with table and chairs, sitting-dining room, kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.
First Floor: with entrance via external staircase with small panoramic loggia we find two apartments; one made up of sitting-dining room with kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. The other made up of sitting-dining room with kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. In the annex close by the pool there are a bathroom with shower and a laundry room.

Cortona is well-known all around the world for its Etruscan origin and today one can visit the many Etruscan tombs left everywhere around its hills. The Valdichiana thanks to its location it’s the ideal place to visit Tuscany with their main art cities like: Florence, Siena, Pisa and the other regions of central Italy.

We had a wonderful time in Spacious house with a nice pool and tennis court and a great garden. Everything was nice and clean just the way we expected it to be. We will definitely come back.

A very nice place, with lots of space, a tennis court, a pool that got cleaned every day and an extremely friendly and helpful Administrator that was around most of the time if we had any questions or problems (which wasn't the case). There are several local supermarkets that you can reach by car within 7 minutes and you are completely for yourself in a big radius - so you can also be louder if you want to. Would book this place again.

A very nice villa in a fantastic large garden - with a pool and a tennis court. The location provides a lot of privacy. Well placed - not far from the main tourist attractions of Tuscany. Comfortable apartments for three families.

Super ferie i læker omgivelser.
Vi har været af sted med hele familien i alt 11 personer, fordelt med 6 voksne og børn i alderen fra 3 til 15 år. Super lækkert sted, og hvilken herlig grund med tennisbane, som blev flittigt brugt og en meget lækker pool, som blev brugt endnu mere. Den store havegrill blev også brugt på de dage hvor vi ikke var på tur i det dejlige Toscana.
