Bright three-room apartment on ground floor of this country house at very short distance from the Lake. This historic country house consists of eight apartments and has a communal garden with table and chairs.
The apartment is just 100 meters from the waterpark delle rose, giving you free access and making use of all amenities such as: swimming pool for adults and children; beach; Miniature golf; Children's playground; football field; Gym; table tennis; Animation programs; Bars; Restaurant and pizzeria; Free wifi at reception.

- Swimming pools open from mid April to third week September.

The apartment consists of a living room with well-equipped kitchenette, table with six chairs. In the living room a double sofa bed, satellite TV, air conditioning/ heating (only in the living room). A large bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. Bedroom with two single beds and small closet. Bathroom with window, shower and bidet.
In the tavern is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer for common use. Bicycles can also be stored in the tavern.

Holiday house IT213 Lake-Garda, Lazise
Lazise is situated on the south-east coast of Lake Garda. The center of the city is surrounded by the beautiful and magnificent Scaligero Castle with its fortified walls.
In the old harbor are quiet fishing boats and the narrow alleyways are full of shops, traditional restaurants and bars.
On Wednesday morning, a well-known market takes place along the promenade and the narrows of Lazise.
There are impressive remains of the Middle Ages: the Scaligero Castle that surrounds the old town with its shops, restaurants and bars. In the port, the recently restored customs structure of the Venice-controlled trade at the time of Lake Garda.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Verona,
Monte Baldo und entlang des Gardasees.
Man kann den Swimming Pool des Campingplatzes mitbenutzen und hat auch so Zugang zum See.
Die Wohnung ist normal ausgestattet. Im Garten kann man schön sitzen.

Wir haben einen Familienurlaub am Gardase gemacht und es war super. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Eine kleine Verbesserung wäre es, wenn es Geschirrtücher, WC-Papier und Abwaschmittel hätte, die täglichen "to have" Utensilien. Auch wäre es schön, wenn es draussen einen Grill hätte.
Die Lage des Appartments war sehr schön und ruhig. Auch ist man in kürzester Zeit am See. Und besondern gut ist es, dass man die Einrichtung vom Campingplatz mitbenutzen kann. Wir haben mit unserer Tochter oft den Spielplatz, die Minigolfanlage und das Schwimmbad benutzt.

Alles used grundsätzlich aber OK. Alles da es fehlt das Besondere wo man sagt da muss ich nochmal hin. Die Klimaanlage kostet extra. Mit etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail wäre mehr möglich. Wer Standard sucht wird Standard finden.

Wir waren als Familie mit 4 Kindern gereist. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und sehr informativ. Wir haben ein sehr sauberes Haus vorgefunden mit viel Platz für eine große Familie. Die Mitnutzung der Poolanlage ist ein riesiges Plus und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Wer nicht am Haus verweilen möchte, ist in kürzester Zeit an vielen interessanten Orten und einer herrlichen Natur. Ausstattung 3, weil uns ein Backofen oder Grill sowie Weingläser gefehlt haben. Ungünstig war, dass es nicht genügend Gartenstühle für alle Hausbewohner gab. Preis/Leistung 4, weil wir eine Klimaanlage bei Aufbettung im Wohnraum als Inklusvileistung halten. Service 5, täglich frischer Brötchenservice und eine sehr gute Beratung zur Region. Umgebung 4, da die Straße doch extrem störend in der Nacht ist. Ansonsten Top!
