Holiday home IT793 Cortona, Tuscany
This holiday home is only a few minutes driving from Cortona and also the Trasimeno Lake with its beautiful beaches is easily reachable.
The small house is situated next to the owner's villa, and the owners occasionally use the beautiful swimming pool with panoramic view on Cortona (size m 4x8, depth m 1,40-1,60). The house is furnished with taste and attention to the smallest detail, is endowed with air conditioning and Wi-Fi access and has got at disposal a large, private terrace-solarium and an outdoor space with barbecue and garden furniture to eat "al fresco".
The house is ideal for couples searching for a romantic holiday but at the same time wishing to tour Tuscany and Umbria. Not far from the house passes the road that, since ancient times, connects Cortona to the chief town Arezzo.
- Pool (shared with the owner) open from the end of April through the middle of Oktober.
- Sheets and bathroom towels with weekly change included in the price.
- Pets are welcome on payment of EUR 35 each per week.
- Air conditioning EUR 7 per day (if used).
- Wi-Fi internet access free of charge.
- Baby bed available free of charge on request at time of booking.
- Between 02.07- 27.08 arrival only on Saturday, beyond that on every day.
- Consumption of electricity air conditioning 7 EUR per day, hot and cold water are included in the rental price.

Ground floor: entrance from terrace-solarium equipped with table and chairs for outdoor meals, living-dining room with kitchen corner, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Possibility to add a single bed in the bedroom.
Equiped with: freezer, oven, dishwasher, moka coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, hairdryer, air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet access, high chair, mosquito nets, TV, laundry service on request.

Excellent séjour dans une petite "bonbonnière" ou tout est pensé pour le confort des vacanciers. les propriétaires sont en outre, adorables ,ce qui ne gâche rien!

As a couple we find it very difficult to find suitable accommodation for two. Casina Paradiso was perfect with adequate space , pool and views. The owners were charming and very helpful.
